I don't have any indicators unfortunately. I also connected the brown cable that you said was shield as it was ground later when I got the message but that didn't fix it either. The bluetooth is as I said Red, Black, White, Green, Brown.īut the USB cable I was connecting it to was Blue Yellow Red Grey. I had a cable that was different colors than they were on your photo. Colour: BLACK, BLUE, BROWN -> Connects to: GROUND, GRND, GND.Colour: GREEN, GREY -> Connects to: P+, DATA+, SBD+.Colour: WHITE, YELLOW -> Connects to: P-, DATA-, SBD.Colour: RED, ORANGE -> Connects to: POWER, VCC, SVCC, +5V.I am just hoping 5V and GND is not wrong, hopefully there are using proper wiring color standard. Is there any indicator light on the bluetooth to see if it is receiving power. How you connect the cable? do you solder it?
